History

The Echuca based Yamaha dealer race team of Bulk Nutrients / WBR Yamaha first contest at a professional level since 2013. It was not until 2018 that the team become an official partner with Yamaha Motors Australia to be the official under 19 Yamaha racing program and development role. This brought the team instant success through the 2018 and 2019 season scoring x1 MX Championship, x2 2nd in the championship and a world junior championship.

In a true case of race on Sunday, sell on Monday, the WBR Yamaha team are what racing is all about. A family ran business that puts its products through the most rigorous of testing on the weekends and then provide vital information back to their customers during the week.

For 2021 the team has embraced another role with in Yamaha racing and now contesting in the premier class’s MX1 and MX2. Our role is to work with younger riders and build them into champions.
