Warwick QLD played host to rd5 of the Pro MX Championship.
This was a new venue for the team to visit and the club did a fantastic job having a great facility and good track for racing. Leading into the round unfortunately Koby Hantis had a practice crash and hurt his shoulder. The team was able to make a quick call to add Sony Pellicano to the line up coming into the weekend. Sony had a career best round, it was awesome seeing him grab the opportunity and make the most of it. Sony would finish the round 5th overall. Ky Woods was determined to get back to his winning ways but unfortunately it was not to be. Ky rode great and stuck it to Kayd Kingsford in the final moto with the two riders crossing the line seconds apart. Ky battled sickness all day and just lacked his usual energy levels but is keen to take the fight to Canberra in a few weeks time. Ky would finish the round 2nd overall and is currently 2nd in the Championship hunt
